Where are you located?

All of our properties are located within walking distance of the centre of town, and the lifts can easily be reached on bike or on foot.

For a map - visit the page for the property you are interested in and then select "Location", you can then also select "Get driving directions from Calais" for a suggested driving route.

Do we need insurance?

Yes. We recommend that you take medical insurance specifically for extreme/mountain activities. Although locked storage is provided, please ensure that you have adequate insurance for your equipment. In the past we have used www.snowcard.co.uk and have been very satisfied with their service.

Can you arrange transfers?

Yes. If you are not driving or hiring a car, we can arrange transfers for you when you book.

How do we hire skis?

We can organise all ski and board hire at booking. On arrival in resort, your skis or boards will be brought round to the chalet for you - so no need to go through fitting in a busy ski shop! We use doorstepskis for our ski hire.

Can You Provide Catering?

Yes - we can organise for a chef to come and cook for you - either every day or just for various evenings. The quality of food is very high and is much more than many in-house cooks would cook. Having a chef come in as and when you want them to leaves you free to go out to restaurants or stay in and eat as you want to. Primarily we use ChaletChefs.
